Dr. Adiatu is an astute businessman with over twenty years of wealth of experience. He holds a Bachelors degree in Pure and Applied Chemistry, an MBA degree and an honorary Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Oyo State Nigeria. He is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and other professional bodies.
He bags an Executive MBA degree from the Metropolitan School of Business Management (MSBM), London, UK. In 2019, he concluded the Owner/President Management (OPM) programme at the Havard Business School in Boston, USA. He is an expert in people management, conflict resolution, strategic negotiations and corporate administration.

Mrs. Maduekwe is a graduate of Accounting (B.Sc) from the Redeemers University, Osun State, Nigeria, with over 10 years’ experience in the Financial and Oil & Gas Industry.
She started her career with Sterling Asset Management & Trustees Ltd (SAMTL), a former subsidiary of Sterling Bank Plc, where she worked in various capacities and departments including business development, accounts and records, investments and credit & risk department within five years.
She is a Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) and an Associate Member of The Energy Institute (EI).
Head of Legal/Company Secretary
Mrs. Olufisayo is a focused, result-oriented and driven Manager and Legal Practitioner with over 12 years experience in the legal and compliance spheres: corporate and commercial law, oil and gas, energy, strategy, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance and company secretarial experience.
She holds an LL.B and a B.L, from University of Lagos and the Nigerian Law School. She also has a certificate in Project Management Proficiency; with her ICSAN in view.

Mr Olasoko is a dynamic petroleum marketing expert with over twenty-five years experience in various aspects of Petroleum sales, distribution and logistics. His flawless and impeccable disposition towards excellence have gained him prominence over the years in retail sales and depot management with high proficiency in routing and procedure development.
Mr. Olasoko is a co-founder of Tulcan Energy and has has been relentless in his pursuit for knowledge. He has 3 Masters Degrees in Science at the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Mr David Olurin is an astute oil Trading and business development expert with almost 20 years experience in both local and international trading. He has been instrumental to the strategic growth of Tulcan Energy in past few years. He holds an MBA from Metropolitan school of business Management London and Also an Alumni of Lagos business school.
Chief Finance Officer
A thoroughbred and result oriented finance professional with broad experience in all areas of finance, accounting, business development, procurement and general management.
He has garnered over 17years’ work experience, out of which more than eight (8) was with KPMG. He is a registered professional with the financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.
Strategy & Business Management
Mr. Akinwale holds a First-Class Honors Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Covenant University, Nigeria. He further obtained a Masters degree in Human Resource (Service) Management – University of Buckingham, United Kingdom.
He is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis, (IIBA). He worked at Onet Telecommunications (Oduatel) in Oyo State, and Airtel Nigeria. His forte is Human Resources Management, Service Marketing & Organisational Strategy.
Trade (Upstream & Special Products)
Mrs Adu is an accounting and financial professional with over 10 years of Managerial experience. She obtained her first degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. Furthermore, she obtained a second degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Derby, UK.
She started her professional career in Oando Supply and Trading and possesses extensive cognate experience in the oil and gas industry. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and also a member of the Certified Professional Accountant of Canada.
She served as the Head, Trade Finance and Treasury at Hyde Energy Limited for about 3 years before joining Tulcan Energy Resources Limited as Head, Trade (Upstream & Special Products).
