He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pure and Applied Chemistry as well as an MBA Marketing degree from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Oyo State Nigeria. He also holds a doctorate degree (honoris causa) in Business Administration from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and an Executive Master’s Degree from the Metropolitan School of Business & Management. In 2019, He completed the Owner/President Management Program (OPM 53) from the Harvard Business School in Boston, USA.
Dr. Adeyemi Adiatu has successfully managed various business projects ranging from construction projects to engineering, procurement projects and petroleum trading transactions. He has garnered substantial knowledge of various industries across the continent of Africa and Europe which cuts across the Oil sector, Service sector, Health sector as well as Real Estate and Construction.
Dr. Adeyemi Adiatu is Group CEO of a number of leading companies in their respective Industries. In the Oil and Gas Industry, He is the Co-Founder/CEO of Tulcan Energy – one of the foremost petroleum importation and trading companies in Nigeria.
In the Aviation sector, Dr. Adiatu also founded and has strategic oversight of Afloat Limited, a company that plays a vital role in the Nigerian Aviation fueling space supplying key passenger and cargo planes such as Dana, Aero, Azman, Max Air, DHL etc.
Dr. Adiatu heads Poaadit Nigeria Limited, a niche real estate and construction company with several projects completed satisfactorily for clients ranging from Government, Universities, Parastatals and other private institutions. Poaadit in involved in civil, structural and specialized engineering projects.
VCare Diagnostic Limited is a medical diagnostic company with a vision to revolutionalize the diagnostic industry by becoming the Go-to Reference laboratory. Dr. Adiatu is a co-founder and the Chairman of the company. VCare (a Lagos State accredited and NCDC recognized lab for RT-PCR testing for COVID-19) operates on a B2C and B2B model to other laboratories, hospitals and HMOs in Nigeria and Africa.
To constantly update his knowledge and engage with professionals in similar fields of interests, Dr. Adiatu regularly attends the annual Offshore Technology Conference (OTC), which holds in Houston, United States. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation (YPO) Lagos Chapter, Institute of Directors (IoD), the Registered Administrative Managers of Nigeria, Ikoyi Club 1938 and others.

She obtained her first degree in Sociology from Bowen University and a masters degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Salford, UK. She obtained a certificate in Disruptive Strategy from the Harvard Business School online and is currently a PhD candidate in International Agribusiness.
Olamide is skilled in strategic planning and corporate services. She is adept at people management and passionate about entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship. With extensive experience in banking, agriculture, media and education, Olamide’s brings to bear more than 20 years in the pursuit of excellence, diversity and impact.

Mrs. Olufisayo is a focused, result-oriented and driven Manager and Legal Practitioner with over 12 years experience in the legal and compliance spheres: corporate and commercial law, oil and gas, energy, strategy, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance and company secretarial experience.
She holds an LL.B and a B.L, from University of Lagos and the Nigerian Law School. She also has a certificate in Project Management Proficiency; with her ICSAN in view.

Mr. Akeem is a High-performing, enthusiastic legal practitioner with over 10 years of experience in legal practice, exploration and production of the oil and gas sector. Served as secretary to the NNPC/NAPIMS-CONOIL/ CONOG Joint Negotiation Committee for the negotiation of drilling rig and ancillary services in OML 150 and OML 153.
Served as Legal Rep and Secretary on the Project Star Team for the acquisition of Chevron’s 40% interest in OML 86 and OML 88. HUET /T.BOSIET certified.

Richard is a strategic and innovative HR professional, with over 14 years of experience in various aspects of people management. He holds a mini MBA from the International Business Management Institute and a certification in recruitment from the Institute of Professional Recruitment Consultants of Nigeria.
He also has a diploma in advanced HR management from the London Academy of Management and Business and several LinkedIn learning courses on HR topics. He previously worked with Northwest Petroleum, Vista Int’l Limited, ETranzact etc.

Mr. Akinwale holds a First-Class Honors Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Covenant University, Nigeria. Mrs. Maduekwe is a graduate of Accounting (B.Sc) from the Redeemers University, Osun State, Nigeria, with over 10 years’ experience in the Financial and Oil & Gas Industry.
She started her career with Sterling Asset Management & Trustees Ltd (SAMTL), a former subsidiary of Sterling Bank Plc, where she worked in various capacities and departments including business development, accounts and records, investments and credit & risk department within five years.
She is a Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) and an Associate Member of The Energy Institute (EI).

Mr Olasoko is a dynamic petroleum marketing expert with over twenty-five years experience in various aspects of Petroleum sales, distribution and logistics. His flawless and impeccable disposition towards excellence have gained him prominence over the years in retail sales and depot management with high proficiency in routing and procedure development.
Mr. Olasoko is a co-founder of Tulcan Energy and has has been relentless in his pursuit for knowledge. He has 3 Masters Degrees in Science at the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Mr David Olurin is an astute oil Trading and business development expert with almost 20 years experience in both local and international trading. He has been instrumental to the strategic growth of Tulcan Energy in past few years. A thoroughbred and result oriented finance professional with broad experience in all areas of finance, accounting, business development, procurement and general management.
He has garnered over 17years’ work experience, out of which more than eight (8) was with KPMG. He is a registered professional with the financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.
Trade (Upstream & Special Products)
Mrs Adu is an accounting and financial professional with over 10 years of Managerial experience. She obtained her first degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. Furthermore, she obtained a second degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Derby, UK.
She started her professional career in Oando Supply and Trading and possesses extensive cognate experience in the oil and gas industry. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and also a member of the Certified Professional Accountant of Canada.
She served as the Head, Trade Finance and Treasury at Hyde Energy Limited for about 3 years before joining Tulcan Energy Resources Limited as Head, Trade (Upstream & Special Products).
